✨ Zirconia ceramic powder forms the basis. It is mixed with other materials to achieve the desired properties such as hardness and flexibility.
✨ The powder mixture is pressed into the shape of the blade. The molded material is sintered in a furnace at extremely high temperatures. This process makes the material strong and stable.
✨After sintering, the hard ceramic cutting edge is ground with diamond tools, as it is too hard for conventional methods. This step gives the knife its ultra-sharp edge.

🫒 Care for the olive wood handle: Depending on how often it’s used, treat olive wood handles regularly with a suitable wood care oil and then polish the surface with a soft cloth.
