If your knife is damaged within the warranty period, we offer a hassle-free solution. You can exchange your damaged knife for a new one and continue to enjoy the quality of our products.

Our 5-Year Warranty on Kitchen Knives

We offer a five-year warranty on our entire range of kitchen knives. If a knife is damaged during this period, you have the option to exchange it for a new one.

Key points of our warranty:

  • Each knife model can be exchanged once under the warranty.
  • If the original knife is no longer available or is sold out, you can select an equivalent kitchen knife from our selection.
  • If the replacement knife you choose is more expensive than the product you originally purchased, you’ll only pay the price difference.

This is how we ensure that you’ll continue to enjoy your kitchen knife for years to come.

Warranty Replacement Process

To process your warranty claim quickly, we need some information about the damaged knife.

The following are required to process the warranty claim:

  • clear, high-resolution photos of the damaged knife
  • a brief description of the damage

We reserve the right to request that you return the damaged item. In some cases, we may waive this requirement and ship a replacement directly. An exchange or processing will take place no later than when:

  • we have received the returned knife or
  • proof of return has been provided.

Returns and Shipping Costs

The following conditions apply to returns under warranty:

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded.
  • In certain cases, we may also offer a partial refund, depending on the condition or use of the item. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

A full refund of the purchase price is generally excluded, as the warranty is intended for replacement or exchange.

Cases Not Covered by the Warranty

Our 5-year warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • gross negligence
  • improper use or misuse
  • normal wear and tear from regular use

In addition, free products or complimentary items that are not part of the regular order are not covered by this warranty. If a free item is damaged, you are not entitled to a replacement.

In addition, we would like to point out that goods that are expressly sold as “B-grade” and are marked as such on the invoice are not covered by the 5-year warranty.
Defects or signs of wear that were already known at the time of sale and that led to the goods being offered as “B-grade” are considered known characteristics of the goods and therefore cannot be claimed as damage at a later date.

Right of Withdrawal

Regardless of our warranty, you have the statutory right to cancel within 30 days of the delivery date. Within this period, you may return your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
